I have truly enjoyed living here and will miss it dearly.

Excellent for entertaining, raising a family, or just plain relaxation

Here are a few tidbits I’d like to share with you-

• All rooms are wired for high speed internet, cable, satellite, and telephone.  The living room is wired for surround sound.  Rear speakers stay.  Front speakers ready to install, wire can be found on upper shelf.  Security System installed.
• I have all the original paperwork and instruction manuals on the pool, spa, and appliances.  The dishwasher is new.
• The pool is fairly low maintenance.  The spa worked well for us all winter.  It has a new motor and cover.  It's ready to be filled up and enjoyed at any time

• The landscape, lawn & garden are organic.

• The back door works by combination and/or deadbolt key.  Combo is nice when you don’t want to carry a key.  I have the owners manual on this so you may change the combo.

• The back has a motion detector light.  It works from the inside fireplace mantel light switch.

• The built-in loft beds in back bedroom will each hold a twin mattress or futon.  The shelf above the door can hold a tv for bedtime viewing.  These beds will be taken down if you chose not to have them.
